Butterfly Village — East of Highway 101 — 28 miles from Carmel-By-The-Sea & Pebble Beach, 55 miles south of Silicon Valley, in Monterey County, California, is a future state of the art planned living community.
The development of Butterfly Village is to provide its’ residents a mixed-use planned community experience; an neo-urban village environment; and upscale recreational & social amenities. It will be directly adjacent to the village with a private golf course & clubhouse with membership privileges.
To design a custom proposal book about this project for the potential investors that can project the developer’s vision, planning, and the profit return, I design this book like an annual report with a creation of a logo and stationery.
On the front of the book, I used mostly images to explain the projects, then follow with the data and financial, and finally we inputed all of the architectural drawings to end this book.
